Following a contest characterised by ever-fiercer competition attracting hundreds of nominations, the 2022 winners of the Property Investors Awards have been revealed below.

Elizabeth build has built her own property portfolio with a specific interest in The Supported Living model. Through Silhouette Property Ltd, Elizabeth provides homes for some of the most vulnerable people in society. With mental health as her priority, she creates spaces that make people feel safe, calm and a place they truly can call home.

Saif Derzi has been in property for over 7 years since he bought his property in 2015, fast forward to today and he has bought and sold over 140 properties for his investment company SDGB Properties, manages over 400 properties for landlords and investors through his Portfolio Building Company Let-Co and owns and runs a cash buying company called Property Buyers Today.
Saif Derzi built his business based on delivering what he says he will do and this has allowed him to win over repeat business from the likes of the larger cash buying companies as well as gaining the trust of agents and auction houses for them to dispose of their assets via Saif’s company which has helped him build traction and scale.

Rehoboth Property International is a premier real estate firm, with a team of over 30years experience combined in the property sector.
In the early years, we positioned ourselves as the ‘go to’ real estate developers within the faith community, 7 years later Rehoboth has transitioned into a development, investment & consultancy firm, closing in excess of seven figures worth of D1/D2 deals and acquired various ‘trophy assets’ such as Grade 2 listed buildings, court houses and police stations.

Xuan had a high-flying career in Investment Funds in the city of London.
With limited initial funding, she adopts a strategy of buying run-down properties, then pushes up the value through planning, refurbishment and extension to release all of the initial cash invested. Using this strategy, she has built a £10 million property portfolio generating £600,000 gross rental income per year within 3 years.
