Naomi Heaton
— The Other House
Naomi has had a remarkable career spanning advertising, real estate investment and now hospitality.
She is founder and chair of one of the first and most successful UK buying agents, LCP Private Office which provides investment advisory, development and management services.
Naomi then identified another gap in the market, launching The Other House, a Residents Club, redefining hospitality by blending apartment-style living with hotel services, and an exclusive private members club . Launched in South Kensington in 2022, openings in Covent Garden and Belgravia are now planned, A joint venture between LCP Private Office and a global pension fund, Naomi is both founder and CEO.
It has been reported that recent property deals concerning The Other House are in the hundreds of millions and LCP has approximately £1 billion in assets under management. Naomi has also been dubbed London’s Property Queen” by the London Evening Standard.
