From discovering my passion for property through the purchase and development of my first flat in Camden Town during my early advertising days, to founding LCP Private Office as one of the UK’s pioneering buying agencies, and most recently creating The Other House as an entirely new category of Residents Clubs in the hospitality sector, my career has been guided by a constant desire to challenge convention and reimagine how people live, stay and invest in London.
I am proud to be part of this incredible community and I remain as committed as ever to pushing our sector forward and keeping it relevant and innovative.

With limited initial funding, she adopts a strategy of buying run-down properties, then pushes up the value through planning, refurbishment and extension to release all of the initial cash invested. Using this strategy, she has built a £10 million property portfolio generating £600,000 gross rental income per year within 3 years.
