On Friday, 26 June 2026, Bernadette Anderson, Chair of the Property Investors Awards Winners Circle Alumni Committee, joined fellow Property Investors Awards Judges, Winners, and respected industry professionals at the Asia Cup Polo in London to support Desmond Daly (Judge) and spend the day networking, collaborating, and discussing the future of the property industry.
Whilst the event offered an excellent opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and peers, it also provided the perfect setting for meaningful conversations about the continued growth of the Property Investors Awards and the long-term vision for the Winners Circle Alumni.
Throughout the day, discussions focused on how the Awards can continue to create value beyond Awards Night by strengthening the Winners Circle Alumni community, expanding networking opportunities, and developing initiatives that give back to the wider community.
A key topic of conversation was the committee’s commitment to inspiring the next generation of property professionals through educational outreach. Plans are already underway to work with schools, universities, and educational organisations, encouraging young people to explore careers within the property sector while learning directly from experienced industry professionals.
The day also reinforced the importance of building genuine relationships across the independent property sector. Bringing together Judges, Winners, investors, developers, and business leaders creates opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and long-term partnerships that continue well beyond the Awards themselves.
The Property Investors Awards has always been about recognising excellence, but the vision extends much further. Through the Winners Circle Alumni, we are building a community that continues to support its members through exclusive networking events, educational initiatives, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and strategic collaborations throughout the year.
Events such as the Asia Cup Polo demonstrate how the Property Investors Awards community continues to grow. Not only by celebrating success, but by creating opportunities, supporting one another, and giving back to the industry.
