An unforgettable black-tie evening at Hilton Park Lane recognising excellence across the independent property investment sector
The Property Investors Awards brought together leading investors, developers, innovators, and industry partners for a spectacular black-tie celebration at the prestigious Hilton Park Lane Hotel on Saturday, 15 November 2025.
This annual event recognises outstanding achievements across the independent property investment sector and has become one of the most respected awards ceremonies in the UK property calendar.
A Night of Celebration and Recognition
This year’s ceremony was made even more memorable by the presence of Naomi Heaton of The Other House, who received the highly esteemed Lifetime Achievement of the Year Award. The honour was presented by Cyril Thomas, Founder of the Property Investors Awards, alongside Rakeebah Rahim, former Partner of Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP.
The awards evening featured a combination of fine dining, live entertainment, and valuable networking opportunities, all set within the glamorous surroundings of Hilton Park Lane.
Congratulations to Nada Jarnaz of Maslow Finance who was appointed as the new Chair of the Property Investors Awards. More information about this will be released in a separate article shortly.
