A visionary leader whose work has redefined London living, hospitality, and investment
London, 15 November 2025 – The Property Investors Awards 2025 proudly celebrated Naomi Heaton as the recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising her exceptional contribution to the UK property, investment, and hospitality sectors over several decades.
Widely regarded as one of the most influential women in British real estate, Heaton has continuously reshaped the way people live, stay, and invest in London. Her career, marked by innovation, foresight, and an unrelenting commitment to excellence, has set new standards in property investment and urban living.
Chief Executive of The Other House

Founder and CEO of The Other House, a new lifestyle hospitality brand in prime central London from The Portfolio Club. Established in December 2019, this is a joint venture between LCP Private, a leading real estate investment advisory, and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands managing approximately €587 billion in pension assets.
The Other House blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and the Private Rented Sector, creating a new sector of ‘Residents’ Clubs’ focused on flexibility, community, and aspirational travel. Residents can book from a day to a year or more, as the brand expands globally.

Heaton is the Chairman of the LCP Group, which she founded in 1990 to exclusively represent investors in the private rented sector in Prime Central London. The company provides an end-to-end investment service from search and acquisition to refurbishment, design, letting, and rental management, supported by sophisticated financial modelling.
A graduate of Oxford University, Heaton began her career in advertising, becoming a main Board Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, advising global multinational brands. She is a frequent commentator in national media and has been invited by the BBC and Sky News to speak on property-related matters. Recognised as one of Citywealth’s Top 50 CEOs, she is also featured in the Spear’s 500 and Tatler’s Advisory.
A Transformational Career: From Camden Town to Industry Leadership
Heaton’s journey began with the purchase and development of her first flat in Camden Town while working in advertising, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for property and consumer-centred design. This early project ignited a career defined by understanding evolving lifestyles and creating solutions that sit at the intersection of investment, hospitality, and community.
She went on to establish LCP Private Office, one of the UK’s first and largest buying agencies, transforming the way investors from around the world engage with London real estate.
Most recently, Heaton founded The Other House, an award-winning Residents Club concept blending apartment-style living with hotel-level service and the atmosphere of a private members’ club. Its focus on flexible stays, community, and curated experiences has redefined the expectations of modern urban living and reshaped the hospitality landscape.
A Visionary Recognised by the Industry
Reflecting on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award, Naomi Heaton shared:
“Receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Property Investor Awards is an extraordinary honour and a deeply meaningful moment in my career. From realising my love for property investment through the purchase and development of my first flat in Camden Town during my days in advertising, I have always been driven by a desire to understand and meet the changing needs of consumers, reimagining how people live, stay and invest in London. This led to the founding of LCP Private Office, one of the first and largest UK buying agents, to most recently creating a Residents Club, The Other House. Combining apartment style living with hotel service and a private members club, it provides flexible living, great community and great experiences, reshaping the hospitality sector.
This award is a testament not just to that journey, but to the brilliant teams and partners who have shared the vision along the way. To be recognised by peers from across the property investment community, many of whom I have collaborated with for decades, is both humbling and uplifting. It also matters greatly to champion the next generation of interesting and inspiring young professionals who are now forging their own paths in the industry. We should all be immensely proud of what we have created in the built environment and I remain as committed as ever to pushing our sector forward and keeping it relevant and innovative.”

A Legacy of Innovation and a Future Still Being Written
Heaton’s work continues to inspire property professionals, developers, designers, and investors across the UK. Her pioneering approach to bridging hospitality and residential living has set a new benchmark for future development.
Beyond her business achievements, Heaton is also celebrated for championing emerging talent, advocating for sustainability in the built environment, and pushing the sector to remain forward-thinking, inclusive, and resilient.
The Property Investors Awards is proud to recognise her long-standing influence and the extraordinary impact of her career. Her contributions will continue to shape the property landscape for years to come.
