Last Saturday, the Property Investors Awards brought together a vibrant cross-section of the property investment sector, united by one shared purpose: to celebrate the achievements of the year. It was a truly humbling experience to witness such passion, collaboration, and dedication in one room.
Held at the stunning JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, the evening was nothing short of extraordinary. A massive thank you to Catherine Devonald and the entire Marriott team for curating such a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.
We are grateful and blessed to have a team who worked tirelessly throughout the year to put together this meaningful and extravagant event. Our Judging panel showed up in force on the night and were true ambassadors of the Awards. As we have said many times before, they truly are the backbone of the Awards
The night unfolded with elegance and energy, starting with an exquisite meal paired with world-class entertainment that had us all laughing, cheering, and eventually, dancing. The annual limbo competition was a standout moment, with some performances so impressive they could have been pulled straight from a Matrix action sequence!
Even more inspiring were the moments of connection we observed throughout the night. Deals were struck, collaborations were sparked, and partnerships flourished, proof of the power of a community driven by shared goals and mutual support.

A particularly moving moment was Rob Soltanie MRICS presenting the Lifetime Achievement Award to Nicholas Cowell and Adrian Levy. Their 40+ years of partnership and contribution to the industry are nothing short of legendary, and it was an honour to celebrate their legacy. Having said that, I’m sure they both have much more to surprise us with in the future.
