The Property Investors Awards hosted its inaugural Winners Circle Alumni Event at the prestigious The Other House Members’ Club in South Kensington, London, on Thursday, 19 March 2026, bringing together leading independent UK property investors, Judges, and industry Partners for an exclusive evening of networking, collaboration, and recognition.
The invite-only gathering celebrates excellence within the independent UK property investment sector and provides a unique platform for Award Winners and Judges to reconnect, share insights, and continue building meaningful relationships within the community.

This year’s Alumni Event featured a relaxed yet engaging programme, including networking opportunities, alumni spotlight moments, and discussions led by members of the Winners Circle community. The evening brought together some of the most respected individuals in the independent UK property investment sector.
A special guest for the evening, Naomi Heaton of LCP Private Office, joined attendees, contributing to the atmosphere of industry insight and high-level conversation throughout the event.
A key highlight of the evening was the formal announcement of Bernadette Anderson of Go Get It Properties, who was appointed as Chair of the Winners Circle Alumni. Bernadette, also a winner of Property Deal of the Year 2025, has been recognised for her active involvement, leadership, and continued contribution to the Property Investors Awards community.
Her appointment marks an important step in strengthening the alumni network and further developing a connected, collaborative environment for past Winners and Judges.
