Naomi Heaton

— The Other House

Naomi has had a remarkable career spanning advertising, real estate investment and now hospitality.

She is founder and chair of one of the first and most successful UK buying agents, LCP Private Office which provides investment advisory, development and management services.

Naomi then identified another gap in the market, launching The Other House, a Residents Club, redefining hospitality by blending apartment-style living with hotel services, and an exclusive private members club . Launched in South Kensington in 2022, openings in Covent Garden and Belgravia are now planned, A joint venture between LCP Private Office and a global pension fund, Naomi is both founder and CEO.

It has been reported that recent property deals concerning The Other House are in the hundreds of thousands and LCP has approximately £1 billion in assets under management. Naomi has also been dubbed London’s Property Queen” by the London Evening Standard.

Nicholas Cowell

Nicholas has had a remarkable career spanning over 40 years in UK property investment and development. In 1983, at just 22 years old, he co-founded Estate Office Property Consultants with Adrian Levy, transforming it into one of London’s leading independent investment and development agencies. The firm advised on over £1 billion in property transactions in its final five years before a successful management buyout in 2017.

Nicholas then focused his efforts on the Cowell Group, which he leads alongside Adrian Levy. The company has established itself as one of the UK’s premier property investment and development firms, with an extensive portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure properties predominantly in central London. Notable achievements include the £39 million acquisition of St John’s Wood High Street in 2011 and the development of over 75,000 square feet of new-build residential property in St John’s Wood.


It has been reported that Nicholas has been involved in property transactions worth hundreds of millions of pounds throughout his career. The Cowell Group holds a number of companies that work with joint venture partners and high net worth overseas investors. Renowned not only as a deal maker, Nicholas is also known for applying old-fashioned experience and values to find sustainable investment opportunities, and has successfully navigated multiple property market cycles over four decades in the industry.

Adrian Levy

Adrian has had a remarkable career spanning over 40 years in UK property investment and development. In 1983, he co-founded Estate Office Property Consultants with Nicholas Cowell, building it from a small estate agency into one of London’s leading independent investment and development agencies. The firm advised on over £1 billion in property transactions in its final five years before a successful management buyout in 2017.

Adrian now focuses on the Cowell Group, which he leads as Managing Partner alongside Nicholas Cowell. The company has established itself as one of the UK’s premier property investment and development firms, with an extensive portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure properties predominantly in central London. Notable achievements include the £39 million acquisition of St John’s Wood High Street in 2011 and the development of over 75,000 square feet of new-build residential property in St John’s Wood.

It has been reported that Adrian and Nicholas have secured eight-figure returns on key transactions throughout their partnership. The Cowell Group works with joint venture partners and high net worth overseas investors across London. Xuan had a high-flying career in Investment Funds in the city of London.

 

With limited initial funding, she adopts a strategy of buying run-down properties, then pushes up the value through planning, refurbishment and extension to release all of the initial cash invested. Using this strategy, she has built a £10 million property portfolio generating £600,000 gross rental income per year within 3 years.
